We’re one of the only Digital Agencies in Australia with an in-house Research and Development (R&D) function. Over the past few years, we’ve invested in testing every digital strategy to see what works. Plus, our team are building new and intuitive tools to tackle the future of marketing.

Opinions are like agencies — everybody’s got one, but most are rubbish. Numbers, proven results, and evidence don’t lie. Whether the opinion is yours or someone else’s, it means nothing without evidence.

Find solutions, not problems.

Save the complaining for home. If you have a problem you need to share with someone, make it a habit to have two solutions ready to go with it. This counts both for your work life and your love life.

President

Co-founder and Group CEO, Andrew has had a long, illustrious career in Search Engine Marketing. After years of working for agencies, Andrew realized the system was broken. Andrew started OMG to remove the complexity from digital and provide simple, transparent results. He has been featured in and contributed to Entrepreneur, CMI, Jeffbullas, Search Engine Journal, and more.

Mez Homayunfard

Co-Founder & VP of Strategic Partnerships

Co-Founder and Head of Partnerships & Sales, Mez brings a wealth of expertise to OMG. Having overseen many campaigns, Mez has also participated in and spoken at some of the largest ecommerce and marketing events globally. Mez has helped OMG win awards such as, SEMrush Search Awards 2019, Financial Review's Fast 100 List 2018. Mez loves all things Performance Marketing!

With over 15+ years of IT experience, James brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to OMG. As the CTO, James is consistently developing strategies and developing AI & data-driven technologies to enable automation and to discover ways the business can maintain a competitive and technological advantage over the competition.

VP of Channel Sales

Our Chief Growth Officer, Saf has been with us since 2017. Identifying opportunities for growth working with clients such as N Geographic, JBL, Valley Girl, THR1VE, and more. He has a passion for helping businesses both big and small achieve tangible growth, through increased online traffic, qualified leads and most importantly, revenue.

Zouhair is a seasoned and commercially minded Chief People Officer whose experience is extensive and far reaching. From culture programs, M&As, talent and succession planning, to developing and leading change programs, international and national expansion of the workforce, organizational design and transformation, and delivering diversity and inclusion strategies and programs.

VP of Finance

Farina brings over 15 years of financial experience to the team. Having worked in a wide variety of industries, she has spent more than 10 years managing global financial strategies and processes for digital marketing agencies. Farina keeps us all in check!
